In honor of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday today, last night I managed to wriggle out of my collar before Mommy and Daddy got home from work yesterday. Free At Last!!
I wore the collar for less than 24 hours! I left the collar by the front door so that they could see my work! Heh.
Unfortunately, I should have hidden the collar deep inside a trash can, because Daddy just grabbed the collar and put it right back on me. Sigh. Don’t they realize that they are hampering me in my efforts of civil disobedience?
Well, I will just have to follow Ivy’s lead (Tybalt the Prince of Cat‘s sister) and continue to wriggle out of the collar like Houdini!
P.S. In case you haven’t heard, Annie is home now too!!
Please pray that my mama and daddy don’t have to give us away when they move to Thailand this year! We want to stay with them…

Panda Bear, you sound like a little Houdini!
Good job getting out of your collar!
Great job, Panda! They’ll be giving up on it soon, I promise. It took about 6 months, but my mommy learned her lesson!

Why do you have to wear a collar? Are you an inside cat only or do you go outside too? We don’t wear collars at my house, or clothes…..we like to be au naturele and unencumbered!

Panda bear I gots my collar when I was a itty bitty kitty. One of mums friends, said start with you wearing it for an hour or two during the day for a fortnight, then leave it on after that and you will get used to it.
I also write on my blog about microchips. I had one put in when I was only 7 weeks old and it didn’t hurt. That way if I get losted or stolen and ever taken to the vet or spca they will know who I is.
Sorry about the collar. My mommie doesn’t make me wear one cuz I can’t get out anywhere but the hallway!
I keep coming by to see what’s new with you bambinos, and it looks like you might be away from your computer? I hope to see you again soon!
