Mom here. The Furry Bambinos graciously allowed me to post today in honor of Clyde’s Adoption Anniversary. Sixteen years ago today, David and I adopted Clyde from an acquaintance. I wrote a bit about his adoption a few months ago, when I wrote about the one year anniversary of Clyde’s going to the Rainbow Bridge.

Yesterday afternoon, Mommy put my Red Evil Collar Monster on me. The one with the leash attached. Mommy picked me up and carried me to the Grey Room That Moves! She opened the door, and carried me inside. Daddy got in another door. Mommy handed me to Daddy, where I sat in his lap.

mommy and daddy keep saying “paws for a cause” over and over! so i asked them what it means.
they explained that the rescue organization that helped us find mommy and daddy is called paws. it stands for “public animal welfare society”.

oooh i knew it! they were flirting with other kitties!
on saturday, mommy and daddy went to this event called “paws for a cause”. i wrote about it on saturday morning. it was an event meant to help kitties and woofies find their furrever homes. (there were 5 kittens and 4 woofies adopted.)

Mom Here: When we adopted Panda Bear and Meerkat back in October, they both still looked like kittens. We were told that they were born in the middle of May 2007. So we have chosen to recognize their birthdays today, May 16. Both Panda Bear and Meerkat have grown so much since we adopted them!
