Padre

I'm somewhere around 4 or 5 years old. My previous humans removed my front claws and left me on the doorstep of a feline doctor. The nice lady at PAWS took me in for a couple of weeks and praised my docile and friendly nature. Luckily, these other people fell in love with me and brought me to my forever home. They say I look so much like their previous cat, and I'm just as sweet.

“Shot in the leg,
And they’re to blame,
Mommy and Daddy give love a bad name!”

Well, I have to report that Mommy and Daddy are EVIL.  To start off the new year, they locked us in our PTU’s yesterday morning, and put us in The Room That Moves.  I was lucky to get one all to myself, while Meerkat and Panda Bear got squeezed into one.

Mom has this really annoying thing that she does.  She walks around the house looking for one of us Furry Bambinos, while calling out “Who wants a hug?”

That’s our cue to vamos, hide, and make ourselves scarce.

This is the seventh post in a series about what we did while Mom and Dad abandoned us to help Aunt Patty and Uncle Chris with the M word. Our poor cousins Rainbow, Muse, Cinnamon, Toast, and Bruiser (the woofie) had to endure being cooped up in rooms that moved for days and days. If you want to know what Mom and Dad were doing, go read their stupid blog.

… The Furry Bambinos had a great time with Aunt Deb! Aunt Deb is Tammy Faye’s Mom, and she comes over to visit us when Mom and Dad abandon us go places without us. Aunt Deb makes sure that we have lots of food and water, and she takes the time to visit with us, play games, and sing songs. Aunt Deb even took pictures of us to share with you, so that you could see that we had a wonderful time while Mom and Dad were away at Aunt Patty and Uncle Chris’s wedding.
